In this method, fabric quality control is performed manually by operators. The operator inspects the fabric on an illuminated panel moving at a speed of 8-20 meters per minute. Upon detecting any defect, the operator stops the motor moving the fabric, marks the defect on the fabric, and then restarts the motor.
- There is a forward-reverse unloading and winding system.
- With the operator's rear winding feature, fabric with a diameter of 100 cm can be wound.
- An optional brushing system can be added to remove dust from the fabric.
- Edge tracking photoelectric sensors ensure the fabric is wound evenly.
- The forward speed can be adjusted to 0-50 m/min, and the reverse speed to 10 m/min.
- A "fabric end" photocell automatically stops the machine when the fabric is finished.
- Emergency stop buttons are available on both the front and rear sides for safety.
- A touchscreen is available for performing all operations from a single point. (Optional)
- A weighing system can be added to measure the weight of the wound fabric. (Optional)
- Compatible with a barcode system and includes a PC connection, allowing remote intervention capabilities.
