Quality Control Machine
Inspection of the fabric is done by operators manually with the machine. Operator should inspect the fabric which is moving 8 to 20 meters per minute on an illuminated panel. If the operator sees any defect on the fabric, they should stop the engine and mark the defect on the fabric.
-Back and forth discharge wrap system
-Can wrap the fabric in 100 centimeters diameter with wrapping system behind the operator.
-Brushing system on desire in order to remove the dust of fabric.
-Selvedge following photocells can follow the fabric and make sure it is wrapped properly.
-0/50 meters per minute forward 0/10m/m backward velocity stage alteration can be adjusted.
-Stops automatically when the machine runs out of fabric with out of fabric photocell system.
-Emergency stop on rear and front side for security.
-Touchscreen to handle everything on one screen (optional)
-Scale system to weigh the prepared fabric (Optional)
-Compatible with bar code system. It has PC connection. Can be remote controlled.
